Toasted Pumpkin Seeds with smoked salt


Serves 4



Pumpkin seeds from a pumpkin
Olive oil, enough to coat the seeds
A few large pinches of Smoked Sea Salt


If you are carving a pumpkin for Halloween or making a curry with a pumpkin then don’t throw away the seeds! They are a delicious and healthy snack. Recipe by Laura Field 


Throw the seeds in some boiling water and cook for a few minutes to soften. Drain and pat dry onto a tea towel.

Toss the seeds in some olive oil to coat and a few generous pinches of Cornish Smoked Sea Salt and whack into the oven and bake for 10mins or until slightly golden and crunchy.
