Delivery Costs

Parcels sent to addresses within the United Kingdom are sent free of
charge if the value is greater than £30. If the order value is less than
£30, the postage charge is £4.25.

We are unable to dispatch parcels to non-UK addresses.

Delivery times

We endeavour to process all orders on receipt, and normally will be
able to dispatch your goods within 2-3 working days of receiving your
order. However, some products are particularly popular and this is not
always possible. If we are unable to fulfil your order upon receipt we
will notify you of this and let you know when the order is due to be
processed.

Returns/Cancellations

We hope you are pleased with your purchase of Cornish Sea Salt
products. If you are not satisfied with the goods supplied and wish to
return any items bought from us then we will be happy to make a refund.
Please let us know, in writing, the reason for the return and any
returns should be made within 28 days.

If you wish to change or cancel your order then you should notify us in

Where goods have already been delivered and you wish to change or cancel your
order then any goods supplied should be returned to us, at your own
expense, in original condition, within 28 days of your notice to change
or cancel. Following receipt of the goods by us we will be happy to
accommodate changes where possible or you will receive a full refund,
less any return delivery and/or collection charges, within 30 days of
giving us your notice to change or cancel.

Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description and we
take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and
prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when
the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim
to keep the Website as up to date and accurate as possible, the
information may contain inaccuracies and typographical errors.

Competition - terms and conditions

There is only one prize as specified on the competition page.

The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. There
is no cash alternative. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we
are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a
substitute prize of equal or greater value.

The winner will be selected in a random draw conducted by Cornish
Sea Salt from all valid entries received by the closing date; the draw
will take place within 36h of the closing date.

The winner will be contacted following the draw. In the event that
the winner has not responded to our contact by 5pm the following day
(e.g. if we contact on Thursday, you have until 5pm on Friday to
respond), the prize will be re-allocated.

By entering, winners agree that if they win they will participate in
an reasonable publicity arranged by The Promoter or its agencies.

By entering the promotion entrants confirm that they have read and
agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions
of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the
promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize.

The place on the cookery course is open to UK residents. Where
applicable, age restrictions are specified on the competition page. The
competition excludes employees and the immediate families of Cornish Sea
Salt, our competition partner companies, their agents or anyone
professionally connected with the promotion.
