Homemade Hummus

Ingredients

1 can chickpeas
2 dessert spoons light Tahini
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
2-3 tbsp extra virgin rapeseed oil
Juice of a lemon
2 cloves garlic
A pinch of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Smoked Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a food processer and blend until almost smooth. If it is a little dry, just add a splash more oil.
  • Place in a bowl, drizzle with a little oil over the top and sprinkle with a small pinch of Smoked Sea Salt.
  • Serve with warm bread or crudités.
