Cornish Sea Salt Chocolate Orange

100gm dark chocolate
4 peeled satsuma or clementine based on 1 per person (remove as much rind/white as possible for maximum sweetness)
Sprinkle of Cornish Sea Salt Flakes


Cornish Sea Salt Chocolate Orange


  • Line a baking tray with grease proof paperBreak the chocolate up in pieces and melt in a pan (or you can cheat with a microwave and zap for 30 seconds, check, stir and repeat until melted.
  • Dip each orange segment halfway into the melted chocolate and place on the baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle each chocolate slice with Cornish Sea Salt flakes.
  • Refrigerate them until the chocolate coating is solid and crunchy (approx. 15 mins).
  • Serve.
