Cornish Crab Tacos

For the Crab
250g white crab meat, picked to avoid shell
Zest and juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp of mayonnaise
1 spring onion, finely sliced
1/2 tsp red chilli, deseeded and finely sliced
1/2 tsp of Mexican Sea Salt seasoning

For the Tacos:
Tomato Salsa
Fennel Slaw
Tortilla wraps
Pickled red onions
Mexican Sea Salt seasoning


Try our Cornish Crab Tacos using our Mexican seasoning which includes sea salt flakes, smoked chilli and lots of tasty herbs by James Strawbridge. This really is a taste of Cornwall in the sunshine.


Mix your crab meat with lime, spring onion and red chilli. Stir with some mayo and season well with our Coastal inspired Mexican sea salt blend.

Prepare all your taco fillings and warm your tortilla ready for sharing. Try a simple samphire, fennel slaw and seasoned crab meat combination for the tastiest taco but experiment with other toppings including salsa, guacamole or simple pickled red onions.
