Spiced Bloody Mary

50ml Aval Dor Cornish Vodka
250ml tomato juice
1 tsp lemon juice
2-3 drops of Worcestershire sauce
2-3 drops of Tabasco
Pinch of Salt & Peppery
Celery stick to garnish
Wedge of lemon
Gherkin, sliced
Cornish Sea Salt Chilli Hit, for the rim



In a jug, combing the vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcester sauce, Tabasco and Salt & Peppery.

Dip the rim of a highball glass into water to dampen, then coat with Chilli Hit.

Add ice cubes to the glass then add the Bloody Mary mixture. Garnish with a celery stick, a slice of gherkin and a wedge of lemon.
