Sea Sprouts

900 g brussels sprouts, trimmed and tough outer leaves removed, if needed
75g soft butter
Cornish Salt Seaweed flakes



  • Bring a pan of salted water to the boil. Add the sprouts and boil for 5-8min (depending on size) until just tender. Drain and return to the pan.
  • Add the butter and the Seaweed salt flakes, and stir until the butter has melted and coats the Brussels. Transfer to a warm dish and sprinkle with a little extra Seaweed Salt flakes to serve.
