Salty Douglas Cocktail

1 shot (25 ml) Douglas Fir Vodka
50 ml grapefruit juice
50 ml tonic
Cornish Sea Salt Crystals for the rim


The Salty Douglas was created to celebrate the launch of the Moorland Spirit Company's Douglas Fir Vodka. If you don't have any Moorland, use another vodka and a squeeze of lemon.


  • Rub the rim of your chilled glass with a slice of grapefruit and then dip the rim into Cornish Sea Salt Crystals.
  • Shake your freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and vodka over ice.
  • Serve with ice and a slice of grapefruit, top up with tonic and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
