We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed Sales, Office and Systems Coordinator to join our dynamic, expanding team. The successful applicant will ideally have experience within the production, sales and export industry and will be further supported with external training and qualifications, with a view to progressing to a managerial role as the company continues to grow.
Job Description:
This role will be responsible for the day-to-day running requirements of the Office and Sales function and will work closely with all Departments, so strong collaboration skills and a passion for our products is essential. The individual will champion use of our new ERP system and Microsoft Teams within the sales team, and ensure seamless communication and accurate data collation across all departments, so must be confident in managing digital tools that support day to day operations, customer service and team collaboration.
What You'll Do:
- Champion the implementation and adoption of our new ERP system and MS Teams within the Sales team.
- Train and coach colleagues on ERP and Microsoft Teams usage and processes.
- Facilitate support for the Wholesale and FM channel and other areas to ensure successful delivery of business targets.
- Be the first point of contact for customers, process orders accurately, provide high levels of service, communicating customer feedback to teams to increase satisfaction, reduce complaints and provide ideas for improvement.
- Support seamless teamwork between all departments.
- Proactively identify, adopt and embed efficiency and cost savings in your role.
- Trade Show and Event Management - plan trade shows including booking, organisation, travel, samples etc to enable the Company to present our products at their best.
- Work with HR and Quality departments to coordinate starter inductions, facilitate our wellbeing programme and coordinate training.
- Part of the H&S team for your area completing First Aider duties.
- Maintain, implement, and improve procedures including processing of orders, logistics, customer onboarding and support to the wider sales team and the other office functions.
- General administration duties and holiday cover as required to support the Managing Director, sales and office team.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience providing accurate and efficient sales and service administration support, ideally including knowledge and experience of exporting goods within the UK.
- Experience of working within the food production industry, distribution and sales.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Teams, as you will be leading the charge with embedding our new system within the sales team and will need to be able to support others.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to be creative to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Passion for identifying opportunities to streamline processes where beneficial.
- Exceptional communication skills and first-class ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers to provide excellent service.
- A willingness to learn and gain knowledge and skills to contribute to our success.
Additional information:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing team in a fast-paced, international environment. This is an office-based role at our Head Office in Gweek and is a full-time position (40 hours) Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm including a lunch break - there is some flexibility with start and finish times.
