How to use our Roasting Salt this summer! Our Roasting blend is not just for winter, it transforms food all year round. This tomato tart not only BANGS in the flavour stakes, it takes no time to make!
Instructions
Simply lay out your pastry, we've used pre-made Jus Roland score a rectangle in the centre. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with a generous pinch of Cornish Sea Salt Roasting Salt 🧂.
Fill the inner rectangle with grated Parmesan, before laying your thinly sliced tomatoes (we've used Isle Of Wight Tomatoes) inside the lines 🍅.
Bake until golden, approx 20 minutes at 180°c.
Garnish with a little more oil, a small pinch of the Roasting Salt blend, chive flowers and chopped parsley and dig in!
