6 Sausages1 Roll of pre-made Puff Pastry
Your Favourite Chilli Jam or any leftover chutney
1 egg

Golden, flaky sausage rolls with a savoury twist. Seasoned with Cornish Sea Salt Everything Bagel Sea Salt for a perfect mix of crunch, flavour, and indulgence in every bite. Recipe created by Martyn Odelle, AKA LagomChef.
Instructions
1 - Grab a sausage that has a load of flavour, get creative with your sausage flavourings. Roll out the pack of puff pastry and cut lengthwise into two pieces.
2 - Spread a thin layer of chilli jam over the pastry, then squeeze the sausages out of the casings in a line on the pastry.
3 - Fold the pastry over the sausages and crimp the edges with a fork, egg wash all over, then sprinkle generously with Cornish Sea Salt Everything Bagel Seasoning.
4 - Bake in your Smeg Speedwave Oven using the Combination Microwave function at 180°C for 10 minutes, at 300watts, and serve immediately. If you’re using a regular oven, you can apply the same temperature settings and cook for 20 minutes.
