Chocolate Orange & Sea Salt Bark

Ingredients

500g Dark 70% Chocolate
Zest of 1 Orange
1 tsp Cornish Sea Salt Flakes
1 tbsp Hazelnuts
Pinch of Bee Pollen [optional]

Instructions

  • Melt your chocolate in a bain marie and then spread onto a sheet of baking parchment. 
  • Sprinkle the toppings over the top and allow to cool. Once the chocolate has set break the bark into shards and serve.
  • For other festive toppings try adding rose petal, pistachio and sea salt, candied fruit, sea salt and almonds or fiery ginger and sea salt.
